in Portugal all the coaches said "everyone can see how Amorim's teams play, but it's very difficult to stop them"

There's no secrets in football. Everything that can be done has been done.

Played out said it there’s not many secrets in football. Controlling space is the main key almost like a chess board. Knowing how and when to use your pieces to gain an advantage is the managers job. The problem now is getting the football execs to bring him better pieces that fit his requirements. Also what makes Amorim and his coaching staff great is it seems they have a way of making players understand what they want from them in much simpler terms then what ETH wanted. I think players who can’t follow the simple instructions will be exposed and will be moved on in the summer.

Just in from work , great show again, I think it’s early days because the first 20
minutes or so it was ping pong football, eventually they kinda started playing the proper way.
Amad was on fire 🔥 I still can’t understand how ETH didn’t give him more chances because boy is he pressing and creating like he is trialing, I’m happy out 2 under fire forwards Rashford and Zirkzee scored a brace each. Hopefully the players keep learning to understand the system better.

Amad is my favorite type of footballer just like Mazroui. I love technical players who are good on the ball. I though ETH would appreciate that trait but he didnt. I didn’t understand that either. Its like all ETH wanted from his wingers was speed.I liked ETH but he was a stubborn man who didnt learn from his mistakes and didnt adapt

ETH might have cut off his nose to spite his face. I'm sure the hierarchy wanted him to play Ugarte and Amad (contract situation) but he didn't want to be told what to do, despite it doing him good.

I think your summary of the progress so far is spot on. Personally, if we lose a hard fought match at Arsenal by a goal, I'll be totally OK with that. I just hope it's a thriller. As for future signings, yeah, Gyokeres would be great, but Alphonso's top on my wishlist by a long way. De Jong? Any time! The intros are cool.

Nickolas! Thanks for watching man! Yes I completely agree with everything you said. Top on my wish list is Davies, then I want a technical box to box midfielder like De Jong who can control the game like a maestro. But I do want Gyokeres if it means he’s going to go to City or Arsenal or Liverpool if we don’t get him. If he’s going to Real Madrid or Barcelona then I’m not that bothered we have other priorities we need to recruit for first. Thank you for the comment man and letting me know the intro isn’t cringe.

Big up brother. Great insights as always. A suggestion for future content - maybe you could do your best all-time Man Utd players in a 4-4-2. It would be tough but you could do 2 or 3 players per position. Build your dream Man Utd squad. This could be done during the next international break. Cheers!

Definitely a good idea for when there’s nothing much going on like during an international break

Random thoughts... Great analysis. It's very refreshing when the coach explains what he's doing post-match, it's become a must to watch his press conferences. Also it's been very funny to see the pundits behave like it's un-British and treasonous not to have a four defender backline, just to find something against Amorim.

His interviews are amazing. He seems so honest and comfortable in his own skin. It’s almost zen like when he speaks. Almost hypnotic and definitely charming. If these players can’t get arsed to play for this guy then they probably have no ambition at all.

Amroim himseld mentioned Dalot is better on the right hand side.. Also, if Madrid wants Dalot, I wouldn't mind selling, only because we have Mazourahi..

I think if they are willing to pay €50 M we probably should sell and take care of our FFP issue then we buy an upgrade. Im very curious to see how this plays out.

@@SemeexFootball like you said, INEOS are businessmen running a football club, so the logic goes, they will sell if it makes financial sense. But what I do like about them is that we are finally doing big club things. We got Yoro when Madrid tried to poach him for free. We got Amorim to come midseason when he wanted to come at the end of the season. It is time the fans divest ourselves from the inferiority complex we have developed since Sir Alex left.

    1. CONTACT with field of play
    2. CONTACT with opponent
    3. CONTACT with the ball
Referees officially FIX games [for perhaps rewards].
The 17 Laws of the games Never, permit referees to caution CONTACT:
WHERE THE WORD CONTACT IS EVER MENTIONED SAYS "if the offence involves CONTACT a player is cautioned.!!!!!!!!
VAR now over rules the referee thru CHECK or RE-VIEW!!!!!!! WOOOOW
    VAR 's new deciisions:
    1. Potentenial penalty
    2. Delay a restart
    3. I recommend a penalty.
VAR is allowed to review or check the referee's split -second DECISION in 2 or three minutes!!!!
    Where to IFAB?????????
    WHO NEEDS var?? NOT REFEREES!!!!!!!!!!

I'd take Frankie De Jong any day however his injuries and salary,. He earns way too much, 600 pounds per week is very
    crazy

Too old now as well as the other things you mentioned.

    • @SemeexFootball
      @SemeexFootball  หลายเดือนก่อน

Yes he may be pricey when it comes to salary but cheap as a transfer fee. Also yeah he may be too old for INEOS as playedout said. I hope we can find a technical midfielder that can help progress the ball like him and control our pace of play like he does because this team needs a midfield maestro to conduct the music and tempo.

I do not want utd to buy Galacticos, yet. I just think Milos would have more hunger than Davies, don't get me wrong, am not saying Davies would come to slack off. Dalot has a mistake in him, even in his natural position. If Madrid come for him, he has to go and get Milos

    • @SemeexFootball
      @SemeexFootball  หลายเดือนก่อน

Im not sure Davies is a Galactico but for sure he’s of a higher profile then Milos but its hard for me to think of a Canadian as a Galactico lol. Same for American btw so im not discriminating on Canadians. North American footballers are just not respected enough. Anyway i understand your sentiment but ive been a fan of his since his MLS days and would love Davies in a United shirt. Also he is a hard worker and always runs.
