Don't know why he has to keep stirring and mashing up all the dishes which have been displayed in a certain way for all the guests. Will it make the food taste better? Shows lack of table or rather buffet manners.

He is a nice and humble guy no doubt, but he is not perfect and everyone can keep learning till their dying day, there is no shame in it. We all have certain preconceptions about what is proper, it may not be yours, but one can certainly express one's opinion, just as you expressed your opinion that what I did was not proper.
Anubhav is a easy going person so are foreigners. Certainly nobody mind anything on his course of action during lunch and dinner. The way he explained Hitea was so simple and authentic.

When we are served food at our table we can treat food on our own plate anyway we please, pick it up with our hands, etc, to demonstrate and explain for a video, but on a common plate at the table or in a buffet, when many others will eat from the same dish, we should be careful how we handle the food in consideration of others. but to each his own opinion, i have no quarrel with you about his character, in fact i admire the guy. 👍
