  • Pakistan faced an early exit from the ongoing T20 World Cup after the USA's group-stage match against Ireland in Florida was washed out due to bad weather.
Speaking to Cricbuzz, former England captain Michael Vaughan criticized Pakistan's performance, questioning their capabilities as a white-ball team. "They can't blame the weather. They should have beaten the USA and India. If they did, they would have made it to the Super Eights. Right now, I just don’t see Pakistan as a great white-ball team."
He added, "Even when they reached the final in the last T20 World Cup, I didn’t think they were a great side. They just did what Pakistan does. I’ve said before that they should have won that game against England."
Vaughan also doubted Pakistan's skills in T20Is, including captain Babar Azam's abilities. Babar has scored only 91 runs from three matches at a strike rate of 104.65 in this World Cup.
"I don’t think they have the skill set that Pakistan cricket used to have in T20s. Honestly, I don’t think they have many great T20 players. Babar Azam is exceptional, but would he make it into England’s, Australia’s, India’s, or the West Indies’ T20 teams? Probably not."

Yes Babar would have been definate choice for Test cricket in Indian team but in T20 he would not be in Indian side.
