THE ALL-KILL QUEENS 👸 🎉. I think it says a lot about 2NE1 when you look at the diversity of Blackjacks. So many of us in the US became fans way before "K-pop" was worldwide. We had to put in a real effort to find any information on what they were up to. The 1st time I heard about them was a complete accident. I watched a video that was an English version of "Lonely," and what grabbed my attention were the lyrics. It was such a unique take on a break-up song, and I just wanted to check them out on TH-cam. Imagine my surprise that instead of finding what I assumed was a British band, it turned out to be these 4 extremely talented Korean ladies 😅. I'm not a young man (I was in my late 40's when I stumbled upon them. I don't know how else to describe it, other than to say I became obsessed with 2NE1 😅. I think I became obsessed with them after watching all 3 seasons of 2NE1TV. I'm a father to two incredible daughters, and I became very protective of 2NE1 😂. It truly broke my heart when they disbanded. Like every group, I knew it would happen at some point, but for it to happen around the same time as that stupid media investigation really pissed me off. Especially the way YG handled it, and every day, I was worried that something horrible would be in my news feed regarding Bom. Thank God, she's a lot stronger than maybe I gave her credit for and grateful to the people around her who kept her safe. Anyway, im rambling 😂 now, but I wanted to tell all Blackjacks that I'm grateful for all the support you've given the girls. Without you/us this comeback would have never been possible 🎉❤.
