I had the pleasure of knowing Chad and Ryan from the rubber room and helping with the post production on this first video with Marcus and Cinestir productions.
I actually met the band not long after this came out. They actually changed the course of my life. I was set to be an accountant and these guys inspired me to follow a career in music.
A lot of ppl don’t like these guys but ask yourselves.. is the music..good? Sure it is, so why not just like the music? I love their simplicity. It’s just good old rock n roll… not fancy autotune, or synthesizer bullshit. It’s good stuff… and this is my favorite song by them.
This has always been my favorite song of Nickelback, its the ironic true story of the only girl, I ever loved. She is dead now for one year, and the only line I am stuck with forever is “to this day we all sit around, and dream of ways to get higher”

I was looking for this video for years . I thought I was crazy and questioned if it existed. I could have sworn NB did vidéo where they removed all electronics from a house. Or was is Todd Kerns age of electric ? Thanks for solving the mystery and affirming I was not crazy . It was annoying the shit out of me .

@Damnedinfaith I'm most visible in the very beginning on the couch. The girl with the green/gold shirt, dark short hair. My best friend, who is blond and wearing purple is beside me. My mom is a talent agent so she told us about it. We weren't paid. We got free food though. We had no idea who it was for until we got there. It was shot in a house. I had barely even heard of Nickelback then.
