YIPPEE!!! I'm definitely wiping away the sweat! But, I did have to laugh when you mentioned "10 pound weights or wherever you are with your strength training..." I just graduated to 2 pound weights, after 3 months of 1/2 pound, and then 3 months of 1 pound weights. And I was right pleased with myself when I bought the 2-pounders...
hi, I love your statement. I feel the same way. I'm using a 3 pound weight but I started with 1 pound then 2 pound and now I graduated to 3 pound weights. I had to laugh when I read your comment. Funny how you think you are the only one only to find someone else doing the same thing. thanks.

I don't think anyone really *loves* Tabata workouts (if they're doing them correctly!), but this was very doable and I felt strong and accomplished when I finished. Thanks Jules!
I'm out of words...absolute genius. The only one I couldn't do was kinda burpee lol I just couldn't coordinate myself lol Jules that's the needed kind of exercise. Wow and wow, that was a tough one. I decided to take a day off from strength training and try this new workout. I normally don't do tabata or HIT workouts. Having Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism makes these types of workouts difficult. However, always down for a challenge, I saw, I sweated, and I conquered! The only exercises I had to modify were the squat jumps. My legs felt like lead, so I did a modified version with no chair. I am really proud of my accomplishment today. Thank you, Jules, for making this workout doable! P.S. I absolutely loved your outfit today (I know its not relevant but...) and that top, 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

The squat jumps are definitely a tough exercise and it's good you know your body well enough to know what you can do (and what you shouldn't do). I always like to give modified options when I give tougher exercises. Thanks for the compliment on the outfit...both are from Under Armour (they really should sponsor me since I wear so much of their clothing!).
What an excellent workout! The squat-to-jumps at the end were a real killer! I also appreciated the modified burpees - one exercise I have a LOT of trouble doing. The stretches at the end felt SO good and SO needed. So happy I can tackle a workout like this, still being careful about not to stress my shoulder muscle the wrong way. Hi there! I tried all diets after menopause and my body just wouldn’t do it, my doctor put me on Mounjora (tirzepatide) for two months, which help me with the food and noise in my head and to get on 16 eight intermittent fasting. The medication is super expensive though and insurance usually only covers it if you have diabetes. But I thought it was well worth the money because now I am well on my way to getting back in shape. My weight loss has slowed down but I’m still losing 2 pounds a week, so I’m not going to complain about that!😊

Love this video and many of the others. Can you recommend which one would be best for osteoporosis. I use to go to the gym, to do a special program but they changed the sessions and I can't do all of the exercises (I have trouble getting up from the floor) it was mainly weight lifting, not easy to do at home. It is Aussie program. Have any suggestions?
I am not sure with this one. I did the workout and then proceeded to do the modified version of the moves before looking at my watch for the total step count.

This was a great workout! But I thought it was the low impact Tabata workout that I’d done before! Surprise, surprise!😅 By the time I figured it out, it was too late so I just went with it. Plus, you had the modifications in this one so it worked out just fine!👍🏽
I'm glad you modified it to work for you. Sometimes I add in the jogging/running periods, BUT, it is definitely not needed. I just like to encourage people to go at the pace that works for them, whether it's walking fast, jogging or running The point is to go at your best pace.

We did this gem this morning. I’m glad, especially for this workout, that you gave so many options, although I know it was more work on your part. I tried to at least stay with the “middle of the road” actions; a couple of moves I admit to having to do the modified version, but I was also able to do a couple of the harder ones (Rex did more of the harder ones than I did). It was surely a great workout! Thanks again, for all you do, and always presenting such great videos for us to exercise with!👍🏻
A massive congrats for doing this one, Mary & Rex! Be proud for modifying moves as needed (it's far better to modify moves rather than getting injured). If you ever feel a workout appears too challenging, do the easier option, see how you feel the next day, and then the next time you can do the harder version.
If I used copyright music all the time, I wouldn't be able to continue to create the videos. When copyright music is used, all of the income from the videos goes directly to the music companies. But, if you prefer familiar music, just mute me and listen to your favourite music. You can still follow along with the exercises. I won't be offended.😉

The workout is brilliant! The tabata is so cute and the burpees are absolutely adorable! It was a shame that there were only 2 rounds... We did this gem this morning. I’m glad, especially for this workout, that you gave so many options, although I know it was more work on your part.
I tried to at least stay with the “middle of the road” actions; a couple of moves I admit to having to do the modified version, but I was also able to do a couple of the harder ones (Rex did more of the harder ones than I did). It was surely a great workout!

A massive congrats for doing this one, Mary & Rex! Be proud for modifying moves as needed (it's far better to modify moves rather than getting injured). If you ever feel a workout appears too challenging, do the easier option, see how you feel the next day, and then the next time you can do the harder version.

If I used copyright music all the time, I wouldn't be able to continue to create the videos. When copyright music is used, all of the income from the videos goes directly to the music companies. But, if you prefer familiar music, just mute me and listen to your favourite music. You can still follow along with the exercises. I won't be offended.😉

Thanks for that work out which includes the modify part. At 65 can’t do the full exercise.
Most people have to pick and choose between the two levels...that's the benefit of having the options so you can do what works best for you:)
