Children's Message: Words of Eternal Life

Following Jesus isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it! This message focuses on the choice that the disciples made to continue with Christ when others turned away due to His tough teachings. They knew that only Jesus had he words of eternal life, and that staying close to Him was the best thing they could do. Sometimes we might want to run away or quit when things in life or faith are difficult, but we can trust that sticking with Jesus is worth it. He will care for us and help us always.

Kristin is a servant of Christ who is blessed to currently be serving as Directory of Christian Education at Risen Savior Lutheran Church in Broomfield, CO. Originally a California native, Kristin has a master's in teaching from Biola University, as well as a master's in theology and a DCE certificate from Concordia Irvine. She spent several years in Georgia before being called to Colorado. She is overjoyed to be the mother of Samuel and wife of Colten, who also serves full-time at Risen Savior as Worship Director. In addition to enjoying her dream vocation, she also loves running, baking, music, history, and strong coffee.
