I'm a Vol fan and Nick is still my favorite commentator anywhere. He's funny as hell and it sounds just like any passionate football fan. Can't beat him.
At the end, under the national championships sign, he says only one counts. He should do a little more research on the amazing and often interrupted for active duty military service, coaching career of General Robert Neyland. The 38-40 Vols were absolutely a dominating defensive team still holding the NCAA record for most consecutive quarters not scored upon (72) including the entire 1939 regular season. Neyland is recognized for four national championships (arguably 1939 as well). They are credited with two AP consensus national championships - 1951 and 1998. One of the greatest all-time coaches, Paul “Bear” Bryant, who left Kentucky when he received a watch while Adolph Rupp was given a new Cadillac noted that everything about coaching he learned from his good friend, Bob Neyland who is the only coach he never was able to beat (0-5-2).
This video is hilarious Starts off by trying his best to make Tennessee look bad Then proceeds to make a video showing how awesome in every way Tennessee is
Some of the national championships were shared back then , some were proclaimed champs by one press and others would say different . I would say 4 of them are true . and im a life long vols fan
I would like to see you come for one of Tennessee's big games to see the crowds. Vanderbilt, Kentucky, South Carolina fans have never seen Neyland at it's best.
Vol Fan here Nick, love the perspective. Remember, we're just two people divided by some imaginary line drawn up about 2 hundred years ago. Hoops are just around the corner so you get to kind of, sort of Lord it over on us then.
The crazy part is that wasnt as wild as the bama game. I've got season tickets and always go to the 3 biggest home games. The bama game before that was even more so.
Being a Tennessee guy, i don't go to the games anymore..Bad sportsmanship from fans is everywhere i suppose..But when your QB is approaching the tunnel after the game..The guy yelling at him ? Thats why i would rather watch the game on TV...Leave it to the younger folks to go...
How do you get all these different places in the stadium so fast? You're in the North End, you're in the South End, you're on the field, you're in the press box.
@@D.M.Fisher Yeaaaah but I was at the game and the events he shows are not that far apart, time-wise. At one point he's in the press box and another he's in the South upper deck; to do that he's got to take the elevator all the way down from the press box and then walk all the way up to the upper deck. It takes a while.
That bottle-necked corridor is indeed a nightmare and there are more like it. The stadium was built in chunks over many decades. When we first had season tix in the early 70's, our seats were in the old north end zone which was wooden bleachers. When the older brick and concrete sections were built, they did not consider a 100,000 seat facility in their wildest dreams. There is an ongoing campaign to make improvements in those sections.
It's a very old stadium, most of it has been upgraded, that is the only section that has not been remodeled, but it is coming. The rest of the stadium is awesome.
Whatever Every single Kentucky fan would trade a loud rowdy atmosphere like Neyland naturally provides with a more narrow concourse in that rinky dink high school stadium they have any day of the week Neyland Stadium is one of the very best Tackle Football stadiums ever built and it proves it time after time after time
@@robertwomack1411 Commonwealth Stadium is pretty awesome post the most recent big $ updates about 10 years ago. It's not Neyland but Neyland isn't exacty a T10 stadium in CFB.

Good perspective of just how loud that stadium gets. Great job! GB🍊
Appreciate that. The SEC is special.
Damn that was beautiful!!!!

The last team in the ncaa to pitch an entire season shutout. ! Neyland still helping his defense out to this day
Awesome video from a Tennessee fan!

Really wasn’t trying to make Tennessee look bad. I appreciate the passion UT fans bring. It was a great atmosphere
1:01 guy almost called the game perfect. He said 17 to 28. Final was 18 to 28.
Y'all put in serious work.

Hard to navigate because it’s HUGE. Why would you ever get your hopes up against Tennessee? We own the little brother.

The architect of Neyland stadium must be a Tennessee gra?. That bottlenecked corridor looked awful!
