Alfa Romeo 156/GT window switch repair

Alfa 156/GT and maybe more, every video i watched and forum thread read stressed about the pins inside these type of switches and the importance of not losing them, this car came in and the window would go down and not up, one of the plastic pins were missing, i simply found a small nail the same thickness as the pins and cut it down to suit, this can be done with any of the pins.
