    I think the benefit of the under brake is that you don't hurt yourself when doing side transfers. They should provide the ones that give you the most independence. 🙄

      Sarah Absolutely! It really surprises me that they don’t have one of each type in stock. It’s not like there are hundreds of different types! I’ve had brakes replaced before and it’s never been a problem. So I don’t know why this time was different.

    I see the wonky backrest too.
    I'm currently waiting for my new chair as had nothing but hassle with current one.

    PIP in England you need 8 points for moving around to get a bus pass.

      Sarah It sounds like it’s area specific then, as my county’s requirement is to be on the higher level mobility award to automatically be accepted.
