오래 기다리셨습니다. 정신없이 연말을 보내고 새해를 맞이하면서 늘 그랬듯 또 작업이 늦어졌네요. 늦었지만 새해 복 많이 받으세요. 메인퀘를 완료한지는 한참 됐지만... 이제서야 아모로트를 작업했습니다. 음악는 그 전부터 알고는 있었지만 제대로 아모로트 이야기를 알고나서 작업하고싶어서 많이 늦어졌네요. 정말 죄송합니다! 다들 이 곡을 정말 좋아하시는것 같아요. 이미 글로벌 서버의 많은 분들이 커버를 해주셨더군요. 글로벌 서버는 빨라서 부럽네요... 어떻게 , 어떠한 방향으로 편곡을 진행할지는 언제나 제가 고민하는 부분입니다. 특히나 이렇게 이미 많은 분들이 커버를 해준 음악은 더 오래 고민하게 됩니다. 아모로트는 칠흑의 이야기 전개에 매우 중요한 요소입니다. 모두가 해석이 다르겠지만 원곡에 대한 제 느낌은 허전하고, 쓸쓸하고 공허한 느낌이 강했습니다. (약 스포)잊혀져버린 존재들이라는 느낌이 강한 그런 테마였어요. 그 느낌을 크게 해치고 싶지 않았습니다. 가장 중요한 테마인만큼 큰 틀을 벗어나면 안된다고 생각했고 이렇게 정한 방향대로 최대한 절제하면서 편곡을 진행했습니다. 100곡 가까이 파판14의 곡을 편곡하면서 점점 스타일이 굳어지는것 같아서 많이 고민입니다. 한계가 느껴지는것 같아서... 자신이 연주할 수 있는 만큼만 악보에 써진다는 말이 딱 맞는거 같네요. 2020년에는 새롭게 변화가 필요할 것 같습니다. 좀 더 노력해 볼게요! 언제나처럼 이번곡도 즐겁게 즐겨주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 항상 감사드리고 새해 복 많이 받으세요.
Happy New Year to you, too! I don't feel like you're nearing your limits. Every song you make sounds unique and wonderful. Even if you just stuck with piano, I think the variations and permutations you make will continue to sound good, but you could also add other instruments to the arrangement. You have a ton of creativity left in you, and I don't think you'll run out any time soon. And as for keeping the feeling of being forgotten, you did it well. Amaurot is such a tragic story (so far... we'll see what we learn), and you definitely held onto that. I could feel the sadness and the passion in your song. Very, very well done.

I was worried that things weren't going well with my friend and all kinds of insecurities were overwhelming me, but then I heard this playing on my laptop. It was a calm amongst the storm... It gave me momentary solace, and eventually though it took me a few hours to recover, I did and decided I wouldn't allow my fears to prevent me from happiness. That's all besides the point though, what I wanted to say was thank you Terry. Thank you for making such beautiful music that helps me in even my darkest hours...
