Pantsir gameplay is : you set yoru radar to 30km, you set your missile guidance to manual, you see a blip on the radar, you launch and then look for the target and ask questions. By the time you find your target your missile is already 5s away from it. Not toxic SPAA at all btw. Some planes like A-10 for example physically don't have enough time to dive down from their airspawn to evade pantsir missile.
Best way to defend against Pantsir in A10C is to deploy a fuck ton of chaff. It makes a bunch of blips on the radar and sometimes the missile will go for the chaff(or the radar will simply shift lock to chaff) since it has multi track system. This is also true for other radars like on the ItO and FlaRakRad. Ironically the ADATS's radar is so shitty it literally does not pick up chaff deployed.

Recently I've been grinding 8.0 Italian and it's genuinely almost as hard as American 8.0. Italian tanks around 8.0 are pretty much paper armor, even the medium tanks, and I swear on everything that I love I've never been killed by so many different VARIATIONS OF GEPARDS in my entire time playing warthunder. Every time I come across another MBT, no issue. Gepard, good luck even seeing them before you die.

Increase kill reward of planes to match tanks so people who play SPAA won't immediately drop it out of their lineup in response to the above-mentioned increase. The major issue here is that unless you play a SPAA, most cas and helis can sit comfortably in the open and kill you in spawn, which is 0 fun. If you are in a tank with a top mounted MG, the plane essentially with the proper flying skills ensures that one press of the space bar, you die with no hope of retaliation or counter-play. We could either make the effort to individually balance planes to have specific ground battle BR ratings and adjust spawn costs based on killing power, or, you know, only allow ground vehicles in ground battles...

AFAIK the ADATS, Flarakrad, and ITO are all capable as well, just with less efficincy. Pretty sure just the OTOMATIC, Type 83, and the Chapparel cant do anything against them or see them (in terms of countries top tier SPAA).
You get get CAS to death, you know you are fighting Russia... and when you match ends in 5 mins, it's always RU, Germany and Sweden combo. Having US team with you is almost an instant lost. Just give Russia the best CAS and SPAA and insanely strong tank line up, but not lets make other nations SPAA and CAS terrible.
