A complete walkthrough of a single family dwelling to duplex conversion.
Canadian real estate investor Darren Voros and joint venture partner Ben Julius perform a room by room walkthrough to look at recent upgrades to the property.
Rough-in plumbing has been completed in the half bathroom upstairs as well as in the basement.
Framing has been completed on the main floor to create an open concept design. This work required restructuring of some elements of both the main floor and the basement.
Darren and Ben also discuss an up to date bathroom plan and look at the budget and timeline to see if any adjustments are necessary.
