    This technique is simple and genius! I used it today for my capstone. Dr. Jones, thank you for sharing!

    Hi Professor: how can I make sure all abbreviations used in-text are listed in Abbreviations section and Table Footnotes

      @BrettDJones  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would probably search my document for the abbreviation and make sure that it was the same in those other locations. Also search for the full name of the abbreviated word to make sure that you abbreviated it the first time you used it in your paper and then only use the abbreviation after that. Good luck!

    An even better idea is to use Ctrl+H instead of Ctrl+F to find the parentheses because it doesn't reduce the size of your screen.

    Great!
    But what aboit Split options instead of these two tabs?!

    • @BrettDJones
      @BrettDJones  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess split options would be fine if you can split it vertically. It's better to have the references longer in the vertical direction so you don't have to scroll as much to find each reference in your list.

    Good technique, but it takes a very long time.

      Welcome to the world of academics 😂 everything takes a while. If others have faster ways, please share. Doing it this way also helps you make sure that you have the references you want in the right places.
