I have a question, please dont be offended, but I feel like u often know that the food youre eating isnt halal but ur still eating it. Like, when u feel like the bacon isnt halal, what makes u believe that the sausage is? logically thinking, the sausage is very probably also haram because the store is obviously not reliable when it comes to halal meat.
The sausage was definitely chicken the same one you can buy at the Arabic market/shops, I used to buy these and they look exactly the same so no worries
