STANDARD
The classic DS-1 sound by discrete circuit. Hard-edged attacks remain clear even at max distortion setting while preserving pickup characteristics. It adds brightness and cuts unnecessary low frequencies.
CUSTOM
New mid-focused thick sound modification while retaining the magic of the DS-1 essence. Enhanced dynamic and less scooped tone shaping for a more balanced mid-range. Brings more presence when used as a boost.
MORE DYNAMIC
The DS-1W CUSTOM mode is tuned to provide increased playing dynamics and greater responsiveness to your playing.
DIST
Offers an extremely wide range, from mild boost for driving amps and pedals to full-throttle gain for monster rock riffs.
TONE
Turning the knob clockwise increases highs and decreases lows, while going counter-clockwise has the opposite effect.
INCREASED MAX
OUTPUT LEVEL + 6dB
This is especially useful when using the DS-1W as a booster. In CUSTOM mode, the added level enables break-up tones on clean amps and helps driving the following pedals inputs for new tone flavours.
