Deepa Lall when I used to live in Qatar, I used to live in a compound (it's like a neighbour hood but smaller with bigger houses and a local gym and swimming pool) so basically it was really warm there and the cats would drink out the pool which was very bad for them! and whenever I used to ride my bike around the compound I'd see a lot of stray cats. So one at a time I put the Cats in a basket (I had a basket on my bike) and I had a pillow thing at the back and I'll let them sit there and I drove them slowly to my house so they don't fall... I placed them gently under a tree because it was really warm and there was a lot of shade and I'll give them cat food and water: since I had a cat... but now my cat is missing and we moved country.. I wonder what they're up to now...probably sitting outside my house for food :( even though it's been 2 years... :(
