SCI Burnout

I wanted to take the time to discuss something I read in an article about a topic called "SCI Burnout" or Spinal Cord Injury Burnout.
Living life in a wheelchair comes with its own set of challenges, its not considered a job but we typically deal with 20-30 hours of extra stuff an "abled body" person doesnt deal with.

I don’t have much knowledge on your spinal injury and I hope I don’t sound ignorant asking this but regarding your lack of sleep and spasms have you ever considered medical cannabis before you go to bed?

Thank you! I live the adaptive lifestyle as best as I can!
I do have facetime and skype but due to how busy we will be in the next couple weeks Im not sure when I will have time to get online to chat.
