• Ovulation induction is the primary treatment for pregnancy aspirants
• সন্তান নিতে ইচ্ছুকদের জন্য ওভুলেশন ইন্ডাকশন হচ্ছে প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা
• In case ovaries are not functioning normally, ovulation induction given
• ডিম্বাশয় তার স্বাভাবিক কাজ না করলে ওভুলেশন ইন্ডাকশন দরকার হয়
• In ovulation induction, ovaries are being stimulated with hormonal medicines and or injections for getting matured eggs
• ওষুধ বা ইনজেকশন বা দুটি একসাথে প্রয়োগ করে ডিম্বাশয়কে কার্যকারী করা হয়
• Monitoring of follicles through ultrasound is very important
• সোনোগ্রাফির মাধ্যমে ডিম্বানুর পর্যবেক্ষণ খুব দরকারি
• Trigger injection is given when the follicle size reaches 18 - 20 mm
• ডিম্বানুর ঘর ১৮ - ২০ মিমি হলে ট্রিগার ইনজেকশন দেওয়া হয়
• Frequent Follicle monitoring is needed in the first month

• Ovulation induction mainly needed for patients suffering from PCOS, hyper / hypo thyroid and or hyperprolactinemia, it is also required for obese and thin patients
