I actually like a mouse to be as light as possible, and also like being able to pick the mouse up ever so slightly for swift movements, so this mouse seems great for my needs.

I have rsi syndrome for 4 years now. This mouse doesn't help me at all. It's like a normal vertical mouse, which also doesn't help.
I found a solution for rsi syndrome: Just buy a Graphic Tablet (i use wacom intuos draw) and use this device as a mouse. I also bought 2 foot pedals (i use scythe pedals) which i use for mouse klicks left abd right. So i'm aiming with the tablet and klick with the pedals. This way i'm able to play games like i would with a normal mouse except for mouse wheel commands.

What do you exactly mean by using a graphic tablet? Does that mean that you use the stylus as a mouse?

I hope you will answer. I'm suffering for the De Quervain syndrome, so I need to know the best options. I don't work in the computer graphic branch so I never considered the graphic tablet. Can it substitute a mouse for every functions? Even for games?

@@typingcat yes, im hovering my stylus pen over the tablet (i dont touch it with the pen) so my hand moves like half an inch over the tablet.

i think you're pretty spot on about the weight and non-customizable buttons issue but the rest from a designer perspective is pretty sweet i would and fairly reasonable for a price of less than $100

I have this mouse and it has some problems. The higher the angles the .more top heavy it gets causing it to tilt over :(

The middle mouse button is called "the middle mouse button". ;-þ
I actually prefer to have it on its own button over risking accidentally scrolling when pressing down on the scrollwheel. Imagine if the left and right buttons had wheels...
I agree that the buttons should be customisable though. Weird that it isn't, because the box art you show at the beginning says that the middle mouse button double-clicks!
