Sadly, the rooms doesn't have voicelines. The devs made an announcement in their discord server about this and they said the hotel has voice acting, not the rooms or the backdoor. the voice acting is disabled @ the greenhouse. but turns back on @ door 100. (no extra voicelines @ door 100, just figure barking and meowing at you, and growling)
(also they did change the way the rooms with the seek eyes before the chase works, entities now can spawn in those rooms)
