Wow Suzie, you are describing my menopause exactly! The anxiety, driving, brain fog. Exactly. I've never heard of anyone mention the driving, I thought I was going mad, losing my nerve! Thank you for talking about that. Made me feel normal.

Oh guys I really enjoyed that, I work from home so put it on, love Susie would love to have her as a friend, I can relate with her as I am going through the menopause and I’m taking testosterone but for my energy levels, I would love to know what she is taking now as I have too swell and it is so uncomfortable 😢thank you for such a lovely podcast 😂

Ahh menopause has been awful for me!! Hot flashes that feel like your whole body is being filled up with lava, night sweats that have you drenched and soaking wet at night and yes the memory and concentration are gone! I had previously had a hysterectomy (they left my ovaries to keep me from going into menopause immediately). But started having all the menopause symptoms really badly a couple years ago or so. I will be 50 in January and feel a LOT better after I started taking black cohosh every day. It has helped a lot. Although I have fairly bad anxiety as I’ve gotten older as well and am now wondering if it’s due to the menopause as well!

I am going through this to Suzie…I explain the hot sweats like having a radiator inside , It suddenly turns itself on . I have small hand held fans around my house. I wouldn’t be without mine. Lovely to see you on board. X

Totally agree with the copying their tantrum. My son who is now 26 was terrible at 2. Always in the Supermarket. I once decided to replicate it and do exactly what he was doing like you said Suzie & it worked, he stopped doing it once he saw how silly he was being. It cured him. You feel like a total idiot for a bit,, but its worth it.
Sam stop interrupting PLEASE it is honestly ruining the podcast, especially when Suzie was talking about her being scared on the bridge and when she met Dave! Poor Suzie!!

You are right people nobody talks about menopause I hv heard the docter just give women depression tablets that's heard all women hv different symptoms it does affect your moods and it make emotional I agree I think all health centres should a medical worker to help women the menopause
Life is to short my mum died this year 63 to cancer and the 1 thing i wish she got to do was travel more she was a single parent x life is to short lovely to your lovely mummy x
