I don't think this video is about performing routine maintenance on the generator, its more of an overview of generator controls and how the AC power from the generator (and shore power) feeds to the transfer switch. I think a maintenance video should show how to change the oil, filter and spark arrestor of the generator.

I agree with Bob. First of all, this video doesn't spend 2 seconds on maintenance. It's a video on how to operate one and what the controls are. How about showing me how to get the spark plugs out without removing the unit from its tray? Second, as a recent purchaser of a used Tiffin, I have spent three times as much time on hold and being disconnected so that I can be on hold even more, than I have spent talking to anyone there. Had a problem with my leveling system and was told I'd need to bring it to Alabama because they are the only ones that know how to work on it and anyone else will screw it up. I'm in California, so thanks a lot for that tip. I'm not driving over 2000 miles for someone to swap out a broken sensor. I heard so much about the customer experience and the Tiffin reputation that led me to buy it and I have to wonder what has happened to the company because it ain't there no more.
