Bhai ye trend upsc ko band karna chahiye. Ye rank improvement wale haar saal 300-400 seats kharab karte hai. This is not a good practice and it should not be appreciated in anyway. Provision of extraordinary leave for preparation should be stopped by UPSC
I think He is extraordinary because in two months he completed his optional and go for revision also.. But difference between ordinary and extraordinary is little extra that's make him IAS... Really he is a great inspiration for aspirants....
Optional coaching itself is 4 mnth min. Course. He might be talking of tests. And he stated preparing 2017 2 years i don't think he neglected optional during this whole time of preparation.. Nowadays toppers say it they complete all in just 8-9 months but that's not true ..
