Sachin ji thx for mthy update very useful indeed. Just a query.... As the date of possession being extended from March 24 to perhaps Jan 25. How will pareena give 9% ppently charges back to allotted, as per RERA?? Any advise?? 🙏

They won't pay any charges because of an extension approved by RERA due to covid and stopped construction by the government due to pollution.

I visited the pareena office in starting Feb, and was told they might apply for OC after Holi. Is there any update regarding OC?
