I understood every single word that she said including when she said "Keep your hands and elbows inside the boat" halfway through the ride. But what happens to people who don't understand English and don't understand to keep their hands and elbows inside of the boat?

You don't need to understand any language to have common sense to know to remain seated and keep your hands, arms, feet & legs inside the ride.
This is pretty cool. A few of these segments are better, but others are not.
