Gong Jun expresses WKX in a perfect way, being sad and angry at the same time. He has just found soulmate, happy and like for meeting him, care about him so much but about to lose him at the moment too. And this is one of my favorite scenes in WOH. Many parts of WOH are really excellent scenes. Love both of them 💘
Not only that. He learned that A-Xu did this to himself and that Lao Wen did not enough of a hold on A-Xu's heart to have him even reconsider. Then, 10 or so episodes later, he's told why A-Xu was driven this far and is heartbroken over the pain it's caused his soulmate.

@@braininvasion8192 There are 2 things happened there.
1. What happened to A-xu was and is his choice. He inflicted it to himself and end up slowly regretting it yet he didn't want to lose his martial arts at the cost of his life. Understandable choice, esp bcs of his past. He got the say and final decision about his body. Not saying I'm not sad that he's dying, but it is his sober decision and no one have the right to dictate him on how he wants to live his life (applicable in reality ofc~). Although it's saddening, it's already there ;-;
2. On the case of Wen Kexing, he didn't chose to fall for him (although duuuh, he's head over heels). He never know A-xu's conditions is that severe. A-xu never wanna tell him before. And he's broken-hearted over the fact that everything he wants in his life always happened when it was too late. It's just heart wrenching honestly ;-;
I cried because both of them. Honestly ugly cry when A-xu just decided to throw all his nails away at the cost of his life just to avenge Kexing ;-;
So yeah ;-; it's irony when Kexing cried bcs of dying A-Xu and we cried bcs of Kexing's pain ;-;
