I think Constantine didn’t free the others because they were in a rush and didn’t know when Darkseid could return. They didn’t know Flash was the generator, so freeing the others would have taken time away from completing their main objective.
Not to mention we don’t know the limits of that spell, he freed Diana by calling out to her as a warrior of justice and a paragon for those to follow. The others may not have a duty they out on themselves so much greater than them as an individual.
Raven's character sucks in these movies ,all she does is barking damain and being a damsel in distress, she's basically Hinata and Orihime put together, she has no personality besides damian just like mikasa and eren.
She literally one shot Luthor’s suit and redirected Damian from the dead, she teleported them all halfway across the planet single handed it. Damsel my ass she was great in these movies and her relationship with Damian is great.
