  • Most of us have been programmed to worry about what other people are thinking, even though it is rarely if ever helpful. Let's address this with some EFT/Tapping.
Please remember to take full responsibility for your own well-being - practice great self-care, and seek appropriate professional assistance as needed. I encourage you to take a look at this video as well: • Getting Help (Because ... Thank you. :)

Want to leave a tip to support this channel...? Thank you! You can do so here: tapwithbrad.my...
So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad...
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

Wow, just wow! The perfect words and tapping I needed today! I don't think I've yawned that much in a long time! I guess I didn't realize how big of an issue this was for me. I was feeling a bit more anxious about what others think of me this morning as I hadn't received responses from people I messaged and I started worrying a lot! Now I'm kinda feeling like "whatever, if they don't respond, I still have myself. I'll always have myself and I love myself for the awesome person I am!"

Hi Brad hope your well. This is a very good exercise. Positive and powerful. Unfortunately, those of us who are mediums and empaths , telepathic, do pick up on people's negative and positive thoughts. The positive ones are lovely the negative not so good. It requires enormous disipline to not respond. Oh the joy of the great gift of sensitivity. Pauleen😂xx 😂😊❤

This was a powerful one for me today, it helped bring up a fairly traumatic memory of being judged negatively at a family gathering - wow, did not expect that. Once again, thank you

Lots of tears this time; tears of grief, awareness, hope. I made a crucial link between the pain of this situation when I was 16 and the underlying deep pain and grief I also held with feeling the same about my Dad :( I also just noticed this video was added on my birthday, how serendipitously lovely :) "heart"

@arumseed Hey Arum - yes - being specific improves results - but since I can't be specific with a global audience through these videos, I have to settle for more general ideas. However, your mind has the ability to get very specific even if my words aren't. You can then focus specifically on those things that come up. And for further work, you can contact a practitioner.

I did this for a sceond time with less anxiety and I couldn't believe that I missed these two mind blowing lines,:
"Why are their thoughts more important than mine" !!!! and
"The only power they have is the power I give them" 🤯
Just off to change my life with these two lines 🤣

Thank you Brad! Your videos are amazing! I have watched a number of talks on education recently and have come to realise how much our school systems are used to condition us to bow to authority, to become dependent on judgement, and shape us into fearful, docile workers. If we are going to change as a society, as individuals we need to deprogram our relationships to authority. If you have the time to create a tapping video to aid in this purpose, I would be overwhelming grateful. Thanks Brad!

There are a number of reasons our minds might wander... including possible the need to run away from a subject we're not comfortable with. But tapping is beneficial even when our conscious mind has gone astray. I hope this will help: th-cam.com/video/2B8ecUV2_Dg/w-d-xo.html

The things they emotionally shared with me about who they said I was....now really becoming more aware of the impact of this from soo long ago..... ok doing a Repeat tap on this one!
