I almost have to be the last person alive who actually saw the opening of the very first Today Show. My father was a big fan of Dave Garroway from his Omnibus show, and I was and remain an admirer of my father. Also, at age 7 it fascinated me there was somebody with my name on TV!

More than 25,000 stages later, the opening of the store and a new program called TODAY was a new kind. Now like a balcony and the set like Lester Holt's with NBC Nightly News studio, The new NBC TODAY is still good and new set is coming up. Since Matt Lauer has been fired from TODAY in 2017, the set and the room were the best. How can you say Happy70th to TODAY? Yesterday January 14, 2022 is the day we all like to know your story including the cast and crew? Studio 1A, you did it. 🌞

I was a regular viewer as a kid in Sydney Australia, where Channel 7 broadcast it around midnight.. that was in the era of will never forget covering of major events like the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster.. and when the show did a week in Sydney!

Despite all the messed up things Matt Lauer did, I am still a proud viewer of TODAY.
