My 15 year old daughter said to me that she still wants to experience life and prefers Jesus to come back much later. I told her that we are like fish inside a dirty aquarium that needs cleaning. I told her that there is nothing she will miss on the old earth. I told her that in the second coming of Jesus that she will come back to new earth and enjoy it without all the sickness pain and hardship.

Why is when the rapture / resurrection a hotly contested thing? It was not even debated until 200 years ago. Look into the lives of those who promoted this doctrine, like C.I. Scofield and you might consider this very suspect. Jesus said by their fruit ye shall know them. Jesus tells us plainly in Matthew 13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed (weeds) tares among the wheat, and went his way. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. This is my first time and when I went to the scripture 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 King James and I'm not sure what Bible your reading but there is so much words added to it. The Lord says not to add or take away so I definitely have my discernment radar alert up....
One of the translations Rick is reading from is the RIV - Renner's Interpretive Version. Pastor Rick is a Greek scholar, and he is currently working on this translation of the New Testament Greek.
View it like you would the Amplified. The addition of words there is only to help the reader understand the definition of the words to expound on the words.
It is the King James Version. Martin Luther added numerous words while translating that were not in original language. Google it and you will see. Like saying faith “alone”. Not in original language.
Yeah, I’m not sure about adding things that are in the bible, even if they have good intentions, especially when Luther King is being linked to the Illuminati.
The Greek language was much more descriptive than the king james translators were able to access at the time. Many translators today have a much better understanding and access to Aramaic and Greek language so they can describe the letters better.

It is NOT scripture, he has made his own version, it is HIS commentary, not scripture. He is touting it as another translation, but it is not, he has added to the original greek/hebrew/arabic scrolls that we know are Gods scripture. God does not take kindly to someone adding to His words. If he wanted to make a commentary to go along with scripture, that is one thing and a good thing...but, he has changed scripture and is saying it IS scripture. Not cool.
Same as passion translation, those Greek or Hebrew pastor scholars has made the translation of every book in Bible more in depth . The real bible words of God you want to read is in Greek and Hebrew and some Arab . However Holy Spirit will confirm the truth and correct translation. Mervyn Grbic yes there are ‘some’ christians that are martyrs for Christ that are resurrected at the 1st resurrection, they will be among the dead who will rise 1st and the we which are ‘alive’ will be caught up ‘together’ WITH THEM in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Yes some Christians have been beheaded for their faith and may our God bless the m greatly, however I am comforted knowing that I will be caught up with them before the great tribulation which will be the wrath of God that will NOT be poured out upon His bride. There are no original manuscripts in Greek. There are alexandrian manuscripts. But they are not original. God left us a perfect English version of his word. And the only thing the Greek professors do is everything they can to try to prove Gods word wrong. God never intended on the original manuscripts to be preserved. He gave the picture of that when Moses had to go back up the mountain and get a copy of the Ten Commandments. After he broke the originals. Gods word is perfectly preserved in English. In the King James Version. It’s the only text preserved by the early Christians. Who were burned at stake. Beheaded. And killed by the Roman Catholic Church. In satans attempt to destroy the word of God. But since God is almighty and nothing can overpower him. He preserved his word. Well since Satan couldn’t beat him at that. He started his own bibles. ASV. NIV. RSV. NASV. All other bibles are alexandrian Vatican. Texts. Not the text from Antioch where the first church was started. God brings everything out of Egypt. Even his son. And his people. Do not be deceived. If you are waiting for a rapture you will have to make ready being ruptured.. Do not lean on your own understanding (or any other man) A lot of members of religion will blame and even turn against The Creator for not being raptured. It does not have to be you. Seek Truth from the One Teacher ONLY Read the words of The Word (who became flesh and not letters) and stop following man. Truth comes through the Ruach and not doctrines. The Word of The Creator became flesh not ink. Do not lean on your own understanding. He gives understanding. But first you need Wisdom. Remember there are His sheep and the strange sheep. Those who are in Christ are not appointed to God's Wrath (1 Thess. 5:9). God's Wrath begins when The Lamb opens the Seals (Rev.6:16-17). Believers will be removed before The Lamb opens the Seals. "Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to ESCAPE all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man." Luke 21:36.
Those are the saddest words someone could hear. Next I would say Matthew 25 finding out you were a foolish virgin and then Matthew 5:20. “For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5:20 NASB We know in the Spirit that Jesus could come at any moment. He has had me prophesy on a couple of recent videos, and I have noticed I am singing in the Spirit even in my sleep. My 15 year old daughter said to me that she still wants to experience life and prefers Jesus to come back much later. I told her that we are like fish inside a dirty aquarium that needs cleaning. I told her that there is nothing she will miss on the old earth. I told her that in the second coming of Jesus that she will come back to new earth and enjoy it without all the sickness pain and hardship.

Why is when the rapture / resurrection a hotly contested thing? It was not even debated until 200 years ago. Look into the lives of those who promoted this doctrine, like C.I. Scofield and you might consider this very suspect. Jesus said by their fruit ye shall know them.

This is my first time and when I went to the scripture 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 King James and I'm not sure what Bible your reading but there is so much words added to it. The Lord says not to add or take away so I definitely have my discernment radar alert up....
One of the translations Rick is reading from is the RIV - Renner's Interpretive Version. Pastor Rick is a Greek scholar, and he is currently working on this translation of the New Testament Greek.

What he was reading was not scripture, it was his personal commentary.
View it like you would the Amplified. The addition of words there is only to help the reader understand the definition of the words to expound on the words.

It is the King James Version. Martin Luther added numerous words while translating that were not in original language. Google it and you will see. Like saying faith “alone”. Not in original language.
Yeah, I’m not sure about adding things that are in the bible, even if they have good intentions, especially when Luther King is being linked to the Illuminati.
The Greek language was much more descriptive than the king james translators were able to access at the time. Many translators today have a much better understanding and access to Aramaic and Greek language so they can describe the letters better.

It is NOT scripture, he has made his own version, it is HIS commentary, not scripture. He is touting it as another translation, but it is not, he has added to the original greek/hebrew/arabic scrolls that we know are Gods scripture. God does not take kindly to someone adding to His words. If he wanted to make a commentary to go along with scripture, that is one thing and a good thing...but, he has changed scripture and is saying it IS scripture. Not cool.
Same as passion translation, those Greek or Hebrew pastor scholars has made the translation of every book in Bible more in depth . The real bible words of God you want to read is in Greek and Hebrew and some Arab . However Holy Spirit will confirm the truth and correct translation. Beseech - erōtaō - to pull the rant - to speak from a position of privilege and authority. Paul is asking the Thessalonians to obey him as he is their spiritual father. Expectation that the request will be heard, honoured, obeyed and satisfied. A command and not a suggestion.
Coming - Parousia - Not just a physical coming but a special emphasis on this word is placed on the presence of the Lord among His people. But here it describes the strong presence of God that will be felt when Jesus returns to gather His people to Himself and implies that a phenomenal presence of the Lord will be felt by the church when it is time for Jesus to come and to collect His people for himself at the end of the age. There will be a strong presence of God among His people, they will have a knowing. (Romans 8:14) - Holy Spirit will bear witness. Supernatural quickening by the Holy Spirit that it is time.
Gathering together - episunagōgē - very specific Greek word used rarely. Moment in the future when God will finally gather His people to Himself. It is used here to describe the future moment when the Lord will quickly gather his people to himself at the end of the age.
soon - tacheōs - something that happens very swiftly or quickly
shaken - saleuō - to shake , waver or to be moved. The tense points to events that cause shock or alarm. An event or repeated events, so unexpected that it results in shock or distress. It depicts worry and inward anxiety resulting from outward events that keep occurring repeatedly again and again and it’s as if there is no pause between shocking, debilitating and nerve wracking happenings. Also translated as Jumpiness or nervousness.
Mind - nous - mind, will and emotions soul
Troubled - throeo - an affirmation of the word shaken - inward fright that causes one to be filled with worry, anxiety or fear. The tense points to an ongoing state of worry and anxiety resulting from outward events that keep occurring repeatedly as if there is no pause between these shocking, debilitating, nerve wracking happenings. People feel lambasted from every sides, they let it affect their mind and emotions, and it is just shaking them up.
Spirit - pneuma - (in this context) weird spiritual experiences or weird spiritual utterances that are out of sync with the revealed word of God. Weird revelations or euphoric, ecstatic proclamations that have no root in doctrine, but produce the negative effects of spiritually upsetting people. In other words, people are making bizarre statements like the Lord is come already. You are left behind. They make is sound so spiritual that it sounds like the Holy Spirit speaking.
Word - logos - sayings, speakings, preachings - (in this context) rumors
Letters as from us - fabricated letters as if they were written and send from Paul or inspired from Paul’s teachings.
At hand - enistemi - it's present, already come.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-2 (RIV)
1 Brothers, listen carefully. For I am asking you in the strongest of terms to hear what I am about to say and to do exactly what I am asking you to do. The appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ is very near. In fact, it is so close that we can nearly feel His presence as, if He were already here among us. The moment we have longed for and waited for is almost upon us. I am talking about that moment when Jesus will finally gather us all together for Himself.
2 Some things will be happening right before His coming that could shake you up quite a bit. I am referring to events that will be so dramatic that they could leave your head spinning. Naturally speaking, these events could put your nerves on edge and make you apprehensive and insecure. Oh’ how I wish I could tell you these incidents. I also want to tell you not to be too surprised if people start making weird spiritual proclamations and off the wall utterances during the time just before the Lord comes. All kinds of strange things are gonna happen during those days. It’s going to get so bizarre that you might even receive a letter from some person who claims that the day of the Lord is already come. And who knows? They might even attach our name to it alleging to have our endorsement or they might even send it as if it were written by us.

The rapture is connected to the day of the Lord. Notice the second and third person speech in Luke 21. Likewise (in the sand manner) when ye see these things: signs in the sun, moon, and stars = Revelation 6:12 then know that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand..

moments before the rapture? i think the 2 events will be months before or a year before...the great falling away and the revealing of the identity of the man of lawlessness will take months i think, not moments!
I think that you are taking 2 of Thessalonians out of contest, and mixing those verses with the physical return of the Lord.
