The charm of the show was you had a completely dysfunctional family who, though not even blood related, had a huge bond with each other. If you look at successful TV shows this is the kinda formula; disparate but bonded characters; that really works; This dysfunctional / Love dichotomy possibly exists in most families in reality so we the audience is interested & can relate. The individual characters were so different but all loveable. Think it was great television. Great cast and writing ...up to the end of Season 3. Absolutely loved it.
THESE ACTORS ARE FABULOUS AND DESERVED BETTER!!!! LAST SEASON SUCKED, HUGE LET DOWN! I could've accepted them sacrificing themselves if the actions leading up to it didn't suck. Plot holes, characters acting out of character, lack of explanations, information/events from previous seasons ignored or not discussed, certain characters who deserved better storylines, a stupid and pointless romance between Lila and Five, barely any Klaus screen time and he was used as a slave and then buried, certain character relationships weren't further explored properly- for example, Klaus and Five seemed close, or like a good duo, in previous seasons. We didn't see that at all here. I really loved the first 2 seasons, and besides some pacing issues, I did really enjoy season 3. Season 4 was a let down for its lackluster ending, poor writing, missing information, and more. Once again- yes, fans are sad they sacrificed themselves and found it a lazy ending. But that's mainly because of the events leading up to it. If the storyline was a little different this season but had a similar ending, I could've dealt with it or even left feeling satisfied and bittersweet. But nope. And don't even get me started on the shitty soundtrack. That "baby shark" gag got old fast. Previous seasons had great use of songs especially during fighting. We didn't get that. We mainly had baby shark, and generic action or sad music. And I NEED to say- Five is like a different character this season...hed never date his brothers wife, especially not Lila, and he'd never give up on his family just to spend time in a green house on her. And Klaus: he was such a wonderful character done so dirty. He seriously was a slave and then buried alive for most of it. He, arguably, is one of the most troubled, broken, and destroyed character who is one of the siblings who went through the most. And THATS how they handle him?! | was pissed. Don't even get me started on the other character relationships established... Klaus seemed close to Diego and Five in previous seasons. Yet, this was not shown at all. ALSO: how the hell did Reggie not remember other shit if he's this alien being with access to the timelines?! I genuinely don't get how Jennifer was necessary and I found it to be a stupid explanation for Ben's death. I also don't understand how they traveled through so many timelines and still couldn't get back to their own. I feel like they genuinely could've gone to the OG timeline, maybe even around where season 1 started, and easily fix shit themselves especially cus the commission wouldn't be there. And for Allison- there was no reception arc for her. She was "tired of being the villain of the family" but she is. And she never ever apologized, nor that we saw. Her actions were extremely impactful last season, yet we barely discuss it at all?! That's just ridiculous. She acts as if it's not totally justified if they hated her, which by the way, the other characters did NOT scold her enough, and barely did at all. Whatever people wrote this season, and whatever Netflix executives decided this would be the last season and only have it 6 episodes: I'm not a fan of you for butchering such a great, fantastic show that had so much soul, although it was always weird and wacky, it was in a likable way. I was obsessed with this show, especially since I'm a big fan of Robert Sheehan. I now understand how game of thrones fans feel, because i genuinely think this is one of the worst last season of a show I've seen in so long. I will always love this show, minus season 4, and I will always be salty that it was done dirty. And this isn't even all I have to say. I just don't want this comment to become a damn book. Not to be cocky or disrespectful but I genuinely think I could've written a better last season than this.
I love your comment so much. It’s so passionate and sadly truthful. Although they were a couple of good songs elections in the season and i liked the baby shark bit (at first), you’re right. They and we deserve way better :(
@@lynncristinne I’m so glad you could read that my comment has passion, because I am genuinely so passionate about this show. I’m autistic, so for years, it was a major obsession. So I’m hugely disappointed
I can't. I pause, run to TH-cam to see other people's reactions. There were 5 hours live chat watch along (five drinking coffee). Everyone was so upset. I skip 30 seconds from the scene.
I was uncomfortable thinking about how the actors started working together when he was like 15 and she was twice his age. I get that his character is a lot older and only looks young, but the actor is young, and I feel like people would be pretty upset if the genders were reversed and it was a young woman acting with an older man.
The Umbrella Academy: Final Season Episode 1: "The Fractured Reality" : The reset has created a fractured reality where different versions of the siblings coexist. Five and the others regain their powers in the aftermath of the reset but are scattered across alternate timelines and realities. They must reunite and deal with the chaos unleashed by Reginald’s final scheme. Meanwhile, Reginald and Abigail Hargreeves have established dominance in this new world, using their control over the Hotel Oblivion to manipulate events. The siblings discover that the reset has destabilized the multiverse, causing rifts and anomalies. To address this, Five and the team must navigate through parallel universes to reunite and find a way to restore balance. Ben, in a different timeline, holds crucial information about Reginald’s plan. Episode 2: "Echoes of the Multiverse": The siblings encounter different versions of themselves in parallel timelines. These encounters provide clues to the original Hotel Obsidian's purpose. Five and Klaus visit an alternate version of the Hotel where they find a surviving member of the Commission who reveals that the reset button used by Reginald was a decoy. The real reset mechanism is hidden within the heart of the Hotel Oblivion, which is now a fortress guarded by powerful entities. Allison struggles with her guilt and betrayal but is eventually convinced by Viktor to join the fight against Reginald. Diego and Lila find themselves in a dystopian timeline where Reginald’s control is almost absolute, and they must find a way to reverse it. Episode 3: "The Hidden Agenda": The siblings regroup and start planning their assault on the Hotel Oblivion. They discover that Reginald’s goal is not just to conquer their universe but to use the Hotel as a gateway to create a multiversal empire. They must gather ancient artifacts scattered across different realities to disable the Hotel’s defenses. Five leads the mission to infiltrate the Hotel Oblivion, where they find Reginald’s secret laboratory and learn about his plan to harness the multiverse’s energy to gain god-like powers. Meanwhile, Klaus confronts the ghosts of his past, and Viktor learns about a hidden prophecy tied to his powers that could either save or doom the multiverse. Episode 4: "The Prophecy Revealed": Viktor and Klaus decode the prophecy and discover that Viktor’s powers are the key to stabilizing the multiverse. However, this requires a ritual that will require all siblings to channel their energies together. The siblings face internal conflict as they wrestle with their personal traumas and the implications of the prophecy. Ben reveals that his memories from the Sparrow Academy hold the key to finding the ancient artifacts needed to complete the ritual. The group embarks on a quest to retrieve these artifacts, encountering numerous challenges and alternate versions of themselves. Episode 5: "The Artifact Hunt": The siblings split up to gather the remaining artifacts needed for the ritual. Each sibling faces personal trials that test their resolve and unity. Five and Klaus retrieve one artifact from a time-trapped dimension, while Allison and Diego encounter an alternate version of themselves that has become a tyrant. Lila and Viktor navigate through a realm of illusions created by Reginald to deceive them. As they succeed in gathering the artifacts, they realize they are being hunted by Reginald’s elite forces, forcing them to act quickly. Episode 6: "The Siege of Oblivion": With the artifacts in hand, the siblings prepare for a full-scale assault on the Hotel Oblivion. They face fierce resistance from Reginald’s forces and the Guardians of the Hotel. The battle is intense, with each sibling using their powers to overcome obstacles and protect each other. Luther and Sloane, now fully reconciled, lead the charge against Reginald’s army. As they reach the heart of the Hotel Oblivion, they confront Reginald, who reveals his ultimate plan: to merge all realities into a single, controlled universe where he reigns supreme. Episode 7: "The Final Confrontation": The Umbrella Academy confronts Reginald in a climactic battle. Reginald activates the final phase of his plan, which begins merging realities and destabilizing the multiverse. The siblings use the artifacts to counteract his efforts, but Reginald proves to be a formidable opponent. Five and Viktor perform the ritual described in the prophecy, channeling their powers to stabilize the multiverse. Meanwhile, Klaus, who has returned to the afterlife dimension, receives guidance from the spirits of their deceased mothers, who help him understand how to help his siblings from beyond the grave. Episode 8: "The Rift": The ritual is nearly complete when Reginald reveals his trump card: an ancient power source capable of overriding the multiversal reset. The siblings must split up to contain the rift and prevent the complete destruction of reality. They face their greatest fears and deepest regrets as they fight to protect the fabric of the multiverse. Allison faces a moral dilemma as she encounters the reality where her actions caused the death of her family, while Diego and Lila confront their fears for their unborn child. Ben, using his knowledge of the original Sparrow timeline, plays a crucial role in closing the rift. Episode 9: "The Price of Salvation": As the multiverse stabilizes, the siblings face the aftermath of their battle. They have succeeded in stopping Reginald’s plan, but at a great cost. The Hotel Oblivion collapses, and the multiverse is left in a fragile state. The siblings must come to terms with the losses they’ve endured, including the potential permanent loss of Klaus and the sacrifices made by others. Viktor and Five work to repair the timeline, restoring the balance while ensuring that Reginald's influence is permanently eradicated. The group mourns their losses but also celebrates their hard-won victories. They make a pact to protect the multiverse and prevent future threats. Episode 10: "A New Dawn": In the rebuilt universe, the siblings find themselves in a world where their previous actions have set things right, but not without consequences. They are reunited with loved ones lost in the chaos, and each sibling begins to rebuild their lives. Five, now without his powers but with a renewed sense of purpose, decides to focus on preserving the stability of the multiverse through a new organization dedicated to maintaining temporal balance. Allison, having reconciled with her family, chooses to dedicate herself to making amends and building a better world. Klaus, now fully alive and with a new perspective on life, reconnects with his siblings and helps guide them in their new roles. The season ends with the siblings reflecting on their journey and the future ahead, ready to face whatever challenges come their way. Reginald and Abigail, now mere shadows of their former selves, watch from the sidelines as the siblings forge a new path in a world they’ve fought so hard to protect.
1 : Didn't make Sloane come back, Then why they even added her in previous season 2 : Didn't explain everything clearly, if we see this as final season 3 : What about post credit scene, Another Ben reading Book? 4 : Gave worst story arcs to the main characters like Five, Kalus and Luther 5 : Acting of some actors looked mediocre 6 : Unsatisfied Ending 7 : Forced and Weird relationships 8 : Overall lazy and worst writing !!!!

Okay I just finished watching the show and I’m glad to see that we all agree that we didn’t really like this last season. I was so disappointed by the lack of so many answers. Where’s Ray? Why did he leave? Where was Sloane? Did she just disappear? Wouldn’t she have existed in this timeline too? Why couldn’t they find her? Why was Luther pretty okay about this? (I mean he lost his wife) Which five put the book there describing the timelines? WHERE THE HECK WAS THE OTHER BEN? Why did we get a tease of him when he didn’t even show up this season? Why didn’t Lila or Viktor just extract the marigold out of Ben? Or why didn’t Lila or Vicktor extract the marigold out of everyone else to give to the cleanse? We’ve already seen Vicktor do it before. And then everyone else could just go on the train. AND WHY ON GODS GREEN EARTH DID LILA AND FIVE END UP TOGETHER??!!!!?!!!?!??!!!!??! YOU HAVE THREE KIDS AND A HUSBAND BRO!!! LETS NOT NORMALISE CHEATING PLEASE!!! Why did Abigail agree with the children to let the cleanse happen? Why didn’t Klaus know that Reginald killed Ben? I mean he saw Ben all the time! Wouldn’t Ben have told him even if Reginald erased his memories? Why did we get so little of Klaus this season? Why did everyone just act like what Alison had done was fine last season? Or at least have no scene rectifying it? Why was Jenifer in the squid in the first place? Why did Ben not recognise Jenifer from his dreams or all the pictures he had drawn in the sparrow timeline? And if he did why did he not mention it the whole show? And why didn’t people have a bigger reaction to Reginald when they saw him when he literally killed Luther and Klaus at the end of the last season. BUT MOST OF ALL WHY DID LILA AND FIVE KISS EACH OTHER! I had to turn the tv off and do something else for a minute because I really couldn’t understand what was happening. I understand David and Lila broke up and they might not have wanted to have intimate scenes with each other but there is a much much better way to do that. Like I am so confused and still feel quite unsatisfied.

Seems like screenwriters were kidnapped.
i SCREAMED when the lila/five scene happened. and not in a good way.
same 😭😭 it was so weird and uncomfortable
@@jaebee1121 I agree completely
sooo uncomfortable 😣 I thought It's just me
Poor Justin 😭
The Umbrella Academy: Final Season
Episode 1: "The Fractured Reality" : The reset has created a fractured reality where different versions of the siblings coexist.
Wow. I'm impressed. You managed to write an even worse final season.
@@prottoystudio2615 OMG! This is fucking amazing! I love this! You just made my day! 😊
1 : Didn't make Sloane come back, Then why they even added her in previous season
2 : Didn't explain everything clearly, if we see this as final season
3 : What about post credit scene, Another Ben reading Book?
4 : Gave worst story arcs to the main characters like Five, Kalus and Luther
5 : Acting of some actors looked mediocre
6 : Unsatisfied Ending
7 : Forced and Weird relationships
8 : Overall lazy and worst writing !!!!
100% you just speak my mind.
You can't please everyone and some people can never be pleased
Also, they were done fine againts army with tanks in season 2 . Now with a bunch of nobodies holding guns they're having trouble despite the power up
Don't forget not explaining Ben on the train
Oh here’s great question for y’all, why was the ending so ass 😭
It was so bad 😭
They all deserved a better final season. 😭
Netflix you guys fucked it. Not too surprising
Netflix didn't write the script. Also, quit whining.
@@RockChick63174No, quite invalidating pretty reasonable complaints that the ending is a black hole of satisfying resolutions to a show that *was* pretty damn good 90% of the way. Fuck off and report down to Floor R
@@RockChick63174okay calm down Steve Blackman 😂
Absolutely devastated since the last episode 😢 can not believe that's the end 💔 Klaus has always been my favorite but love them all the whole thing really can't believe that's it 🏵🏵🏵🏵🏵🏵🏵🏵
MAN SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
I loved the collective cast vibe to queen
Robert is anither level human being 😂😂🎉 but i fckn love this dudes vibe
OMG AIDAN YOU ARE MY CELEBRITY CRUSH!! And I recently met Sheila McCarthy / Agnes
Honestly season 3 story line would of been the perfect ending if they just tweaked the actual ending a bit where they have everything they wanted but with no powers.
Oh how much my life has changed between the start of this show and now. Must be wild for Aidan, he was only a wee boy when it started and now he’s a grown up.
As usual Robert hasn’t got shoes on 😂 gonna miss seeing his random UA interviews
DOES AIDAN LIKE PINEAPPLE ON HIS PIZZA OR NOT
I was waiting for his answer specifically!
I guess he never liked pizza. Or if they talk about vegan pizza, that may have been an interesting topic for him
They did Diego dirty af in this season. Really disappointed
Glad to read I wasn’t the only one who caught lowkey subliminal “let’s be racist against Diego and mexicans” undertones tho… I feel for all these actors. The writer’s really did everyone including the fans dirty this whole season.
I love Robert’s voice it so soothing x
I like how Aidan is just like so non-chalant and doesn’t really answer the questions 😂💀
Definitely going to miss the cast
Aidan the entire video: 😶
Loved the whole show ❤️ I’m rewatching already!
I feel so sorry for all the main cast in Umbrella Academy that wanted to deliver us a fantastically phenomenal ending season, but ultimately got fucked up writers, nonsense storylines and a shitty ending… seriously…
THEY SHOULD DO THE APPLE DANCE!!!!!!!😂❤ NAWR WAY THAT THEIR GETTING INTO RIZZ 😂😂😂 but they need to react to umbrella academy POVS or povs or five is in love it’s probably gonna be hilarious 😂
Lmfao did five actor practice for the van flip? The all look ugly like you supposed to while he looks like he is doing a shampoo commercial. 😅❤️🔥
One of my all time fav shows. Would be great to turn into a movie franchise
I need to see robert sheehan (with his real accent, but still acting like klaus) and joseph gilgun (acting and sounding exactly like he did as cassidy on preacher) in some kinda weird crossover sketch where they get really really fkd up together. Cuz just yes
Loved this show and absolutely loved this cast☂️☂️
How did Aiden and ritu feel about kissing in the show ?
That's what im saying 😭
I think I saw somewhere that they both thought it was really weird and a little uncomfortable 😭 I could be wrong tho
aidan's shoes😭😭
Why didn't they touch on why the last season was so short and seemed like there was a lot of missing content?
I watched it the same day it came out I DIDNT TAKE NO BRAKES I WATCHED IT ALLLLLLLL
I LOVE THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY I WISH IT DIDN'T END
We neeeeeed more seasons, we need more Klaus, we need a season about a different timeline where Five decides to go back to the sixties to change the future (Harlan killing their moms exidentially) etc ❤❤❤
It feels good see you are exciting after seen the last season 😭
Klaus and Luther not being American just blew my mind lol 😂
Ci sono rimasta male per il finale. Molte cose non sono state spiegate e alcune dimenticate e mai riprese. Tipo : perché sono solo loro i responsabili mentre i bambini in totale sono più di 40 , quindi tutti nati dalla Marygold?
Yeah fr, like why was it only the birth of these 7 that was the problem like wtf
Give this people another show
Its genuinely sad how it ended
I’ll miss this cast ❤
The group chat is unfortunately global I’ve been exactly where Justin is 😭😭
Love it, Klaus is very Klaus in this interview
Netflix should have given more episodes to this season. I mean its one of their top shows.
I hated season 4, I'm just going to pretend it never happened. I love the first 3 seasons and it should've been left at that. I can't believe Steve Blackman envisioned the series ending like that! Gene and Jean were lame, Jennifer was lame. Everything about season 4 was lame and sucked! I feel betrayed as a fan 🤬
Nah u just mad it was great
@@Lucas_b19 No I fucking hated the ending, I'm beyond pissed! I cancelled my stupid Netflix subscription because they don't deserve anymore of my money. Steve Blackman can go fuck himself that shithead!🤬
I feel sorry for the cast. What a complete waste.

One of my all time favorite series 🩷🩷🩷🩷🙏🏻🪻
2:42 and that's how the umbrella academy actors started to be chased by Italians
It’s strange yet amazing that this is my comfort show, knowinh how chaotic this show is, i think i just relate to alot of them lol
I rlly hope the season 4 has part 2. Theres too much unexplained backstories in the show.
Would love to hear from Gerard! Like, hello? 🤷🏻♀️
Now I must rewatch another season I’m so sad they didn’t at least have 10 epsilon
I'm so glad Tom Hopper became more lovable season 3 and 4 but overall the story could have done better. I saw Lila and Five happening and I really wish it never happened, just whyyyy!
i really hope they make another one.
We need a petition to do a last 2 part episode to truly end the show with a high note. That ending sucked! Luthor needs to be with his wife, Five and Lila is whatever I guess but all the siblings need a happy ending. They suffered so much to just not exist and have no purpose in life!!! The writers NEED TO DO BETTER. Please make an actual ending that would please the fans
@@geoawesomeness I would sign it🙋
I miss them so much.
Gonna miss all those dorks
Love being a “brelly” :D
I've only watched the first two episodes of season 4 but already I laughed more than I have since I can remember😂
You will be disappointed in ep 5 trust me
@adithyan9004 don't push your s*** onto other people.
holy moly this came out just today?! i’m on s1 of the umbrella academy and i think i’m addicted so.. whatever happens in the later seasons (i’ve heard some unsettling stuff) i know it’ll always be fun rewatch s1 at least
Love Roberta irish accent
It's hard to say goodbye, i love the show so much ☂️💜
KLAUS will be forever my favourite 💓
Klause and Five forever!
Wow... Did this group read the comics?? That's unheard of in most non DC Marvel adaptations
I’ll miss this show and this cast.
Am I the only one that feels Aidan is genuinely disappointed with the final season? It feels like he's trying to hide it too :(
At this point there has to be a season 5
Aidan ❤❤❤
I wanted 4 more episodes and a few more seasons!
Okay where do i ask the questions 😣🙏
Uh you can come to my house and through water balloons at it , I wont mind lol
Season 4 was such an anticlimax 🫤
Love the cast
Im really going this miss this show it'll be weird not waiting for another season 😔😭
