Qwik question here ...... What is Iowa football going to do now that Illinois continues to improve every year recently,...and with Illinois football continued improvement, Iowa football isn't going to be able to go to the state of Illinois and get some of the states top high school football players like Iowa has in the past?(at least I don't think) Iowa football needs to be really careful because Illinois football is on the rise and are going to start getting more and more of the state of Illinois best high school football players. I would love to hear what's some of the Iowa Hawkeye fans think??
What the Hawkeyes need they cant afford. What they need is NIL money. They get good guys in the portal to visit and then they lose him, probably bc they don’t offer enough Nil. The defense is really hurting the secondary is awful

They need a whole new system that NIL, OR transfer portal cannot provide. Iowa football has become too stale, too predictable. No imagination on offense, run the same shit year after year. What has it gotten them? So much for Iowa having an elite defense like everyone thought they would!

Can they get a new coach in the portal? Where else does a school have 2-3 unacceptable losses every year due to philosophy and not fire a coach?
