    I would add in your diagram to "Always ... Short, Medium amd Longer Term" the concept "Align technology with business processes".

    VNA with a turret combo. Sometimes it’s more cost effective to go up with your building, rather than out.
    Appreciated you highlighting CTS. Sometimes your biggest customer is also your biggest expense. Lumper fees, freq of deliveries, OTIF fines.

      Very true. Going high or spreading out is often also dictated by land and building costs.
