This series is based on the Topic of Factory over head (FOH) variance Analysis, that is most commonly used in production area.
Here we discussed the variances in to three basic types 1) Over All variance/ Total Variance/Total Variance 2) Budgeted Variance ( Spending variance) 3) Idle capacity (Volume variance ).
Details regarding the computation of above said variances is discussed in video.
