Saw these a few times in the early/mid 90's generally on the same bill as sensor and ozrics and hard crusty techno djs at squat parties and non corporate do's. They were great times and will never be equaled in my opinion. Wish I could go back and stay in those days but I will have to make do with memories which are quite blurry but I can remember that they were so much fun.
loved your comment frank. just found this on youtube and mate, listening to it now im half cut and tingling all over, goosebumps mate. Remember those days, seems so long ago now. we were blessed with these sounds. Fucking magic. 'i want to run away hide away forever be free'. Take me back please.
i think ozrics still going and gong too in some format... yep happy days, always loved here and now too, bit of hawkwind. edenray got some nice songs this way 🙂
i loved this band, she was great on stage, helped me calm my hatred for the system thats still crap, but everyone dancing to them all in colourfull hippy clothes, great days, and now they still stand out as a bloody good band
such a shame its only those last tracks. I used to love London City, Hard Edged Few, Starved by Ignorance and the inexpressibly beautiful Mother. The cassette is probably still in a childhood box somewhere in my mum's attic. or Cellar haha. Don't have a tape palyer to play it on anyway even if i did have it. Dame progress.
@@davidfletcher4095 I remember, loved that band. Did come across an upload of the demo a couple of years ago, maybe SoundCloud, can't find it now though, the problem is "the sea" is such a generalised term to Google when looking for an obscure band. "Welcome" was a bit of a stand out track if I remember rightly.
This is such a classic. Used to listen to this sitting in my Grampa's rose garden. ❤
I misread "sitting"...
Memorieees!! ...Of being 14,running away from home,hitching,travelling,gigs,parties,festivals...trouble and laughter and richness of the soul
back in the day with sensor, neds, nfad, credit to da nation. audioweb.........carefree days

No no no! The Sea were an active band who supported BTTP on many occasions. Think they did a cassette demo way back when.
