Khatta is pronounced the same way as the word patta (leaf)... It means a boht bada dumpster... Delhi mein ek boht famous khatta hai Ghazipur mein jaha almost puri state ka kachra jata hai... And Encore ABJ usi area ka hai.
Hence, the opening of his verse, "Ghazipur ka khatta meri pehchan".
And then Calm says, "Tujhe pta kya hai meri pehchan, Nainital"
Krsna says, "Gurugram, paida kiya maine pura maidan".
Teeno Delhi-NCR ke hai but Calm moved to Nainital bachpan mein, came back to NCR later.
Also, inki last album Nayaab mein ek track hai, Rajdhani, in which they're talking about Delhi, the rajdhani (capital) of India... It's a very serious and amazingly written song. It's a commentary on the social and political state of Delhi. Usme bhi Encore talks about this khatta in kafi detail. Anyone who understands Hindi/Urdu should definitely check that song out. It'll give you chills. Especially if you are from Delhi.
