Extremely fresh green borscht with sorrel

  • Pork ribs- 1kg, 4 bay leaves, 6 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, sorrel- 300g, 12 eggs, salt to taste. Pork ribs cook for about an hour. Add 6 chopped potatoes. Saute 1 onion and 1 carrot in Sunflower oil for 5 minutes. After 20 minutes put fried vegetables. 12 eggs bring it to a simmer for about 10 minutes and add to broth.Sorrel stem bits are going to be cooked in the borscht for about 5 minutes. Add a good amount of salt. Put sour cream.
