- Here it is, volume 5 of the Mini-Loud Thingy! Clips are taken from January 2021 to February 2022.
"What the heck is a mini loud thingy?"
"Mini-Loud Thingy" was a joke term I came up with in 2015 and used referring to the little two chime truck horns mounted on mostly mid-range trucks and some tractor trailers. It got its name pertaining to how despite its small size, produces a rather large amount of sound. There are three main manufacturers of the "Mini-Loud Thingy", Grover, Hadley, and Fiamm, which all have their own makes and sounds respectively. The three most common models are as follows:
- Grover 1600/1601/1609
- Hadley "Bully" Series
- Fiamm Fultone

You gotta come out between Coopersburg, and the Perkasie Area along 309, a ton of sweet peterbuilts and kenworths, Tri-Axles galore… etc… you might even catch me depending on where you set up. Couple of the local guys have Nathan K5LA’s on their rigs

@@Carolinastrucks Two owner operators have Custom Pete’s with Nathan K5LA’s, one Grey & Purple and one Black & Green. It’s a father, sun duo. Super nice rigs, loud Jake Brakes too. Plus a ton of other Custom rigs, if you can think of it, you’ll prolly see it out there. A bunch of Wide/Oversized Loads come through the area as well.
Sweet horns, I love mlt I have an abandon white road commander two with mlt, I love the mlt and turns out a local I have that does run is a marmon 389p64h but anyways I love these mlt
