So I'll try to explain:
1. Pregnancy symptoms and Period symptoms are both very similar like- feeling bloated, tenderness of breasts, nausea, wierd ass cravings, abdomen cramps, mood swings etc...
2. The girl eating food in her bed was about periods, she was getting cramps and to ease that she was using hot pad on her abdomen and eating ice-cream was to ease the mood because she was having cravings.
3. The wire was from under-wire bra. It's basically there to support the weight of the breasts and it's kinda painful as well (flat-chested women wear push-up bras which is very similar to this one but women with heavy and saggy breasts also wear it to support the weight of the breasts) . The next tiktok was also trying to say that, movement with breasts without any support; i.e, bra really hurts very much.

@@snehamisra yes you feel cramps because of prostaglandin that fluid squeezing your uters but in pregnancy that doesn't happen but the hormone secretion and your body blood levels are changing (you need more blood in your pregnancy ). and relaxine hormone making your pelvic muscles relax to give birth .
that can cause some uncomfortableness ( btw please suggest pragnent women to sleep their left side because on the right side a big vein which gives good blood )

My explanations in no particular order:
1. Period & Pregnancy symptoms are quite similar - bloating, back ache, mood swings, nausea, migraines, lethargy, body temp changes, cravings, acne, breast tenderness, brain fog, etc.
Also another fun fact: Period cramp pain has been confirmed to be similar to that of a heart attack 🙃
2. Wires under bras are mostly there for shape & support.
3. Eating junk food + hot pack = relief during periods cuz that shit is PAINFUL. It hurts to stand up.
4. Running without a bra, especially for those with big breasts, is very painful cuz they sorta slam into each other & gravity exists.
Imagine a water balloon bungee jumping. Yeah that's the pain from the weight & gravity that we feel on our chest. So we tend to hold our boobs up to stop them from bouncing cuz it legit hurts.
5. Pain from waxing down there really varies from person to person. It hurts a LOT for some & others barely feel it. The general consensus is that it does hurt though.
