The whole pulling the cards and building the decks took like 2 hours and several calls between Sam and Farfa because Sam had basically a consteucted deck with multiple 3-ofs but he was like: "I pulled all of those in 200 legacy packs, look I cant dismantle them, that means I pulled them just now". Farfa was not happy about it and argued with Sam for a long time until Sam build this deck

The legacy packs have a handful of decent cards buried under hundreds and hundreds of poorly statted Normal Monsters. I have yet to see the 3rd Blue-Eyes(the first 2 are in one of the starter decks thankfully).
It'd be nice if there were either usable cards in the legacy packs or if maybe Konami could just stop lowering my chances to pull cards because I don't spend money on digital media. And yes while I have no real proof other than my personal experience that they lower the draw rates I find it a huge coincidence that I've only seen 3 UR and a handful of SR out of the legacy packs. *sadly looks over at the 3 sets of 14 copies of non dismantleable cards*
