foreach loop sir smnjh toh agai pr yahan is code mein 1st foreach kiske liye hai row k liye ya column k liye .i mean kis tarh se chal ri hai.yahan pr foreach ($emp as $value1) ismein kya aya $value1 mein aur nested foreach ($value1 as $value2) ismein kya aya. pls explain kr dijiye .important hai bahut.

Jitne bhi inner array ho unke liye sqaure braces use karni padengi like this :
a[1][0][2]
Here "a" is an array aur uske 1 index pe ek inner array hai aur uske bhi 0 index pe ek hor array hai jiski humne 2 index ki value ko dekhna hai.

Their are two ways to do this :
Way 1 :
$element = 'world';
$array = ['hello'];
$array[] = $element;
Way 2 :
$element = 'world';
$array = ['hello'];
