I am not a professional but I'll try to answer your question D1 is the body and D9 is the soul, when you want to check for neech bhanga I'd suggest you check it in D1 itself (D9 will tell you what the power level for that planet is), in the situation you are stating it improves in the second half of your life but again the whole chart has to be seen to make sense out of anything.... if I may the fastest way to get results here is to put effort towards humility treat those who work for you/ not as fortunate as you with respect and make sure you control the cussing the rest is Destiny.....

I am not a professional but I'll try to answer your question
D1 is the body and D9 is the soul, when you want to check for neech bhanga I'd suggest you check it in D1 itself (D9 will tell you what the power level for that planet is), in the situation you are stating it improves in the second half of your life but again the whole chart has to be seen to make sense out of anything.... if I may the fastest way to get results here is to put effort towards humility treat those who work for you/ not as fortunate as you with respect and make sure you control the cussing the rest is Destiny.....

Rahu explains the excrssive foreign aspect and the fact that the Saturn qualities would have definitely been increased, Venus and Saturn are friendly so that explains that the path for learning your karmic lessons won't necessarily be harsh, it will have more to do with how you accept facts :), also do you have a lot of female colleagues or are in a creative field/research or analysis oriented work just asking as a student of astrology.....
