      Literally no. If you're named after your'e granddad named Paul then you're named after your granddad, simple as that. He might've been named that because it was a common name, why is it a common name? Because earlier generation named their kids after that specific Paul, but that doesn't mean everyione named Paul is named after the one geezer

    My wheel came flying off on a dual carriageway before, safe to say it’s very hard to stop without it feeling like the cars about to flip over.

    Small correction: the earthquake for the "wave pool" clip was in Taiwan, not Thailand. The video was wrong.

    We could also talk how come everyone all over knows Martin Luther King but zero info about Rosa Parks? We had MLK in our books in Europe 30 years ago. Called "the mother of the civil rights movement," Rosa Parks invigorated the struggle for racial equality when she refused to give up her bus seat to a male Karen.

      there were loads of women before rosa parks who get no recognition as well

    • @MarinaArtDesign
      @MarinaArtDesign 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bobchelse658 Yes, but I see this being pushed as we do not know her because she was black. It has nothing to do with that if that was true then we would have no idea about MLK as well. "Why would we study about him in the middle of Europe?"

      They are very different. MLK led the civil rights movement. Rosa Parks was someone that civil rights leaders used as an example and symbol of defiance. She became an unwitting icon, although she embraced it and was an impressive person. MLK was a was an actual leader of the movement. He was an incredible organiser and communicator. He organised marches, debated opponents, challenged legislation, built relationships with politicians. He operated effectively in the legal system and political system, while also being a great speaker and writer. He was one the main drivers of legislative change, where as Rosa was primarily just a face of the movement.

    Dude was so disrespectful to Rosa Parks. If it wasn’t for her and many like her who came before her, us blk people in america would still be forced to sit at the back of the bus. Jim crow and the civil rights era was a few of many horrific times in US history.

      but the guy lives in the UK where segregation laws never existed. That fight isn't a major part of history for us so not everyone 'offline' is going to learn about her.
