Why does Octopus Energy refuse to supply these and only consider the Hybrid invertor and battery system. They also refuse to fit the Emergency power supply option. Is this because they are stuck in a rut and using fitters who cannot do other than the standard setup?
How high are the brackets meant to be on the wall?
The side of the shipping crate says 'UN3480 Lithium Ion Batteries' - your website says 'LiFePO4'
Which is it?
All GivEnergy batteries, including the AIO, are built with LiFePO4 cell technology. UN3840 is for shipping classification purposes. Hope this helps :)

Can you connect solar panels direct to AIO/gateway or do you need a separate inverter?
A seperate inverter is required for the solar panels.
What about enphase ac system ? I guess this could be directly connected
