What a strange diagram you have. In my country we have a pyramid like diagram. We have 3.11 kids per woman. I personally have 4 kids. So... This is YOUR choice
I agree, it is always individuals choice. It becomes an interesting topic when you aggregate all of those individual choices and look at the trends and the reasons behind them.
The problem of population aging is no longer a problem of the future, but a problem that has come to reality.
For sure, it is taking hold now and could be a problem that really gets away from us.
