yeah they are ok, I could probably slice them up a bit smaller next time :) Thank you, I only wash my hair every 4-7 days and I use heat once a week on it :)
As an Australian TH-camr, it would be super helpful if your sponsored content included a disclaimer in your video and in your description, when the company you are promoting DOES NOT ship to Australia... It's kind of frustrating that I've spent the past 20 minutes trying to find their info on shipping rates (not your fault - their website is poorly laid out), only to find they don't even ship internationally outside the US. I would understand if you were a US TH-camr, but as an Australian TH-camr, why promote a brand you can't even access yourself unless they send you PR?? Saying the content is for your US followers doesn't really make it clear why.

What made you decide to start eating meat again by the way? I watch all of your videos but I’m not sure if you mentioned? I’m just curious as I’ve been to-ing and fro-ing from being meat and dairy free (intolerant to that anyway) over the last year or so!
Many reasons actually :) 1. Vegans were so awful to me when I was vegan so I hated them and no longer wanted to be in a community full of nasty aggressive people. 2. My mental health was suffering when I was vegan (nothing to do with being vegan) but I stopped eating from anxiety and my friends had to feed me and they just made whatever. 3. I have an autoimmune disease and I can't do any diets / cut out any food groups everything I need to eat has to be balanced and when I look back to being vegan it explains why the symptoms got worse when I cut things out :)
Rachelleea Thanks so much for replying! That makes total sense. I’m not fussed about being vegan per se, I was just wondering whether there was any particular reason you’d gone back from it. I can’t eat dairy anyway and I’ve never been the biggest fan of meat, so I thought the health benefits of being plant based might be worth it, but I just can’t seem to cut it out 100% haha.
I think you just have to do what works for your body. I can't do a lot of dairy, like I can't have a milk shake but I can have milk in my coffee so I just work with what I can :)

I generally have a reason as to what I buy and I shared that reason, if you don't think its appropriate I can look at not sharing my reason behind that sort of thing anymore. Do you find food videos to share an inappropriate message? I'm always torn with this kind of thing. Its also not a bad thing but when I eat unhealthy foods and have unhealthy eating habits my body becomes unhealthy and that is not what I want.
But calories are not unhealthy? Gaining weight is not the same as being unhealthy. Anywho. Unfollowing. This Made me dissapointed. Fat, calories, weigh, galning weight = unhealthy ect. To much fatshaming for me. Have a nice day.
HELLLPPPP....Watching this while smoking a cigarette coz even though I hv decided to quit. It's not working coz I can't 💩 without the morning ciggarette. I donts moke the entire day otherwise. I have an underachieve thyroid and that gives me constipation and a lot of bloating. Suggestions to fix my poop issues plz. So that I can quit smoking for good. Thanks in advance
THAT'S NOT HOW YOU MEAL PREP ! You must cook all the ingredients and then freeze the food! This is very dangerous for your health, especially with fruit and vegetables, process of rotting starts very quickly even if you keep them in the fridge! Once you've peeled and cut them, they are succeptible to mold and bacteria development, you must eat them withing 48 hours, please this is very important for your health! Freeze your meals, don't just refridgerate them for a week!
They were eaten with in 48 hours, I never said this was a week long prep. Thanks for the info but I’m aware of how long food lasts before being eaten :)

Utkarsha Ranjan coffee (if you’re a coffee drinker), oats, lemon water can also stimulate digestive enzymes and help with the process of elimination
