I am one of the ones who got it wrong, and I rarely get it wrong with boxing predictions. AJs performance against Ruiz Jnr in the rematch was damn near flawless, if it was Fury that did it, it would have been called a masterclass. I am a Fury fan, still say he's the absolute best heavyweight right now. AJ should see his career out fighting in this way, he should also stay nice and lean too, it helped him to not gas which he has done in virtually every fight in his career. Perfect performance from a true champion in every sense of the word!

He got destroyed and humiliated in that one loss and to be honest he got the job the second fight. But it wasn't satisfying.
Pretty much hes all hype honestly Andy Ruiz jr beats him again if Andy takes it seriously again.

@@juliandavis9711 he was behind on the scorecards Vs Povetkin. He was putting more focus on establishing his brand in the US. Even from his interviews, he was talking less and less about boxing and more about the big fight with Wilder.
Any observant person would have seen this loss coming. Eddie Hear saw it coming and kept on saying "this is a dangerous fight, he needs to be careful" but what was AJ doing? Man was flying around on private jets and chilling in Miami whilst trying to sell the whole "stay humble" persona.
I hope he learnt from his stupid ways Vs Ruiz cause Wilder will spark him if he doesn't get his shit straight.

Problem with AJ he’s not an actual fighting man, he just fell into boxing at an older age. He’s more of a sports personality.

There's no way he could have accomplished what he has in a short time without being a fighting man. In 10 years, he has become an Olympic Gold medallist, become HW Champ in his 16th fight, Unified twice, become 2X HW Champ and racked up the best resume in the division. No way that can be accomplished if you don't have that fighting spirit and desire and bear in mind he was stopped in the amateurs and as a pro but still achieved his goal. He has the desire of a fighting man otherwise he could have retired with his millions. Ruiz has been boxing since he was 6 and got the high life when he won and got schooled in the rematch when his desire waned. Does that mean Ruiz is not a fighting man?

Until Ruiz knocks him out again. Ruiz didn't even train for the last fight. I say best 2 out of 3. Can't wait for the rematch.
