Frankie Howerd & June Whitfield - Up Je T'Amie (With Lyrics)

Released in 1971 as a parody of the single ‘Je T’aime’ by Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin which reached number 1 in the UK chart, the first foreign language record to do so, despite famously being banned by the BBC.
As far as I can tell this version by two stalwarts of British comedy never charted and neither do I know whether it was played by the BBC - though I believe it may have been a BBC production?

Frankie Howerd passed away in 1992 and June Whitfield in 2018.
