I have found that herbal tea works fine if I leave the bat in but some black teas taste bitter to me if I leave the bag in; happens that I mostly drink green team and hberbal tea. No worries, when I make tea (usually Twinings Earl Grey) especially when at work - starting from boiling I'd leave the bag in and hours later top my cup up with fresh room temperature water (obviously no sweeteners or milks used for that practice). Nummy refreshing. (Though I might have got the odd raised eyebrow from coworkers in meetings those ones were generally weirder creatures.)
I really wish you get well and your sinus problems go away ❤ (I had mine too bad to the point of having an operation, it was quite rare condition, anyway I do wish you recover 🙏❤️)

I used to sell tea at Teavana, in general the various molecules come off at different temperatures and times. Greens need cooler water and less time otherwise the bitter stuff starts coming of. I went to UC Santa Cruz, where women wore little or no make up, I got used to it. When I went back home on breaks it was shocking, especially at the mall. You look fine😊

Not the product itself. They should talk with you, not around you. I never hear much in regard to shoulders, so I’d say in the states it’s not as or at all a big thing. Feel better soon!

You're probably talking about herbal infusions which aren't real tea, where it doesn't matter since they have no caffeine
